QUOTE BY MARTIN CULLEN
"Europe is facing a digital revolution. These technologies have the potential to transform how we do business for small, medium and corporates – particularly how we manufacture products. This digital revolution has the potential to sustain Europe’s competitiveness on a global stage and also help realise the transition towards carbon neutrality. However, the scale of skills needed to realise this opportunity are currently not available in Europe. These skills are trans-border and common across sectors. Therefore, a pan-EU approach to this skills deficit makes sense. The level of investment in digital skills is grossly below what is required to enable this transition. Microsoft are passionate about digital skills and it is currently our number 1 global priority. Microsoft enjoys collaborating with Innoglobal, whether it’s their innovative Education or Advanced Technology Divisions. We have seen first-hand their ability to successfully deliver up/re-skilling initiatives at scale for the high-tech manufacturing sectors. We look forward to continuing to partner on future projects together".
