Gaps in performance and unmet needs are identified end-to-end across organisations, leading to a clear vision for change and a detailed roadmap for implementation.

THE DMSA PROCESS

Subject matter experts from client companies are interviewed by InnoGlobal experts and first guided through a series of framing questions related to their business function.

Under each business function, the digital maturity and sustainability of the company are assessed, alongside the capabilities of the team. Evaluations are also made about the strategies in place to help the workforce adapt to digital and sustainability transformation.

DIGISKILLS AFRICA AND SUSTAINABILITY

A key component of our DigiSkills Africa sixth month programme is discussion on the transition from Industry 4.0 to 5.0 which emphasises a human centric approach to digital and sustainability transformation.

A workshop session also introduces our DMSA and reviews concepts such as process efficiency, sustainability scores and gargets. Students learn to build sustainability roadmaps abased on real-world data from global manufacturers, preparing them for strategic planning and implementation.
