We are recognised leaders in process development and optimisation, having forged the path for process simulation, automation and digital twins using cloud-based IoT frameworks.
By enabling faster, more accurate process intelligence we have accelerated the adoption of high-tech manufacturing in regions that need to build this capability.

We’re actively engaged with research strategy and innovation development at a national, European and global level.
This includes a leading role in the European Processes4Planet Partnership. This initiative aims to transform the European process industries, achieving circularity and overall climate neutrality at the EU level by 2050 while enhancing global competitiveness.
On the continent of Africa, our DigiSkills Africa programme is closely aligned with science, technology and innovation strategies in each participating country.
INVESTMENT IN ADVANCED MANUFACTURING LABORATORIES
We’ve invested in advanced manufacturing laboratories to give learners a real-life lab experience of coding and automation. The labs can be accessed physically or virtually from anywhere in the world through our award-wining SmartX platform, making distance-learning possible and our programmes scalable.
Our labs facilitate skills development in programming, powder processing, granulation, continuous manufacturing, process analytical technology, data analytics and validation.
DIGISKILLS AFRICA EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
The digital learning experience we’ve implemented for the DigiSkills Africa programme, equips learners with advanced knowledge and practical skills in modern manufacturing technologies, focusing on sustainability, efficiency and innovation.
By integrating hands-on experiences with cutting-edge Industry 4.0 tools – such as the Internet of Things, AI, robotics and data analytics – participants are given the skillsets to drive positive change within industrial operations. They can implement efficiency and process improvements, develop safety protocols, and promote environmentally responsible practices.
CONTINUING TO LEARN FROM THE IRISH SUCCESS STORY
Since 2010, InnoGlobal has developed industry-led courses for the high-growth, high-tech manufacturing sector in Ireland – the (Bio)Pharma, Agri/Food Technology, ICT and Medical Devices industries – where we can apply our sector, technology and innovation insights.
These courses have provided up/reskilling opportunities for unemployed engineers, scientists and architects, notably from the recession-impacted construction industry, as well as being new avenues for learners from a range of backgrounds. We’ve sustained a 75% employment rate amongst those we’ve helped to reskill.
