PEOPLE, SKILLS AND CULTURE
We develop, coordinate, manage and deliver up/re-skilling initiatives globally and at scale.
We’re engaged in the up/re-skilling conversation at a global level, as nations and regions determine how to achieve greater digitalisation with a future-ready workforce and a lower environmental impact.
RESEARCH AND INNOVATION
Our core team combines engineers, scientists, data analysts and programmers. They are driving innovation in real-time process monitoring technologies and AI-based tools to accelerate the green and digital transition of smart manufacturing.
WHO WE PARTNER WITH
Innoglobal works with many skills experts from the public and private sectors. Our experience includes working with partners to develop a skills agenda for Sub-Saharan Africa, which incorporated the co-ordination of multiple workshops at a UN and AU-EU level to develop an agreed approach to skills development in a Sub-Saharan Africa setting.
We're partnering with 8 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical businesses to develop and deliver digital transformation sustainability and skills strategies.
We collaborate with numerous research and skills partners at an Irish and EU level to develop and implement research and skills projects. We regularly engage with the EU Commission and lead workshops on Industry 5.0 and skills, to develop pan-EU solutions to capacity building.
INDUSTRY RESEARCH PROGRAMMES
We're closely involved with pharma, food and chemical companies to develop and install Industry 4.0 technologies within their organisations. Through these research collaborations we have gained first-hand insights into global technology and skills challenges.
