PEOPLE, SKILLS AND CULTURE

Innoglobal has established itself as a leader in skills development. We coordinate and deliver multiple up/re-skilling programmes across the globe and bespoke customised training for all levels in an organisation to develop the digital transformation skill sets. We are achieving it through a very unique approach based on a partnership with both public and private Higher Education Institutions and Government Agencies.

REGIONAL STRATEGIES

While nations will have their own global competitiveness agendas and commitments to deliver sustainable livelihoods for their citizens, transnational approaches to building high-tech skills and cultures can turn policy-decisions into long-lasting strategies that attract regional investment.

We’ve worked with regions and nations to create dynamic, responsive and high-quality up/re-skilling systems that provide learners with the skills and knowledge they need to participate productively in the workforce and in society. Our approach – The Innoglobal Way – was highlighted as a strong and innovative instrument for skills development and governance in the 2019 EU publication ‘Skills for Industry’.

The InnoGlobal Way

The success of our education and upskilling programmes to meet industry needs and government priorities is largely due to our links with industry. Our industry experts who have worked in major (Bio)Pharma, Agri/Food Technology, ICT, Medical Devices and other industries, liaise with industry groups to identify current and future skills needs and on programme design.

InnoGlobal’s approach to addressing the Human Capital and Digital Skills challenges is a replication of the successful approach implemented in the EU context over the past eleven years. Our approach centralises high-tech up-skilling co-ordination mechanisms capable of generating up/re-skilling calls, managing responses to calls and engaging with public-private consortia and local governments to achieve pre-defined objectives and outcomes.

SUCCESSFUL SCALABILITY

Successful scalability of The Innoglobal Way is enabled by Public-Private Partnership, our InnoSkills Learning Platform and our Digital Lab Infrastructure.

These factors have been instrumental in the re/up-skilling of thousands of people in Ireland in the last decade and provide the basis for scalable outcome-focused outcomes on a global basis.
